Expect to move with the breath and build up strength before easing into rest and relaxation. Free for UWE students and available for members of the community. POWER YOGA
@TRIKA STUDIO Thursdays, 6-7pm. Improve your strength and fitness through yoga. Expect an enlivening flow with fun, challenging options thrown into the mix. You’ll be encouraged to play or take rest depending on your individual energy that day, all while marrying breath with movement.
